In January 2015 we left a secure ministry position to pursue God's call into missions. We didn't know the details of what or who, we didn't have the right words to explain to others our hearts, but we went after it anyway.
I knew at a young age I was called into ministry. And though it began in youth ministry, my heart was always turned toward Brazil. Brazil is the country my parents and brothers were born, the country I spent most of my grade school years living and the country that made the biggest impact on me. From a young age I saw poverty, saw injustices and knew God had a calling on me. Often I went through the orphanage to get through to visit my brother at school. I was able to meet and play with children who did not have families. After many years in youth ministry, I decided now was the time to go back and help in those areas that had stayed with me so long ago.
We currently have three church plants; Partenon, Alvorada and Brasilia, Brazil. We also work with indigenous tribes in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. We also have a Bible school/Missions School in Foz do Iguaçu where we are training indigenous people to become pastors and missionaries to their own tribes. We are able to have outreaches that go into the favelas of Brazil. Favelas are loaded with poverty, houses made of garbage, run by drug lords and filled with orphans. We also have neighborhood outreaches where the church is able to hold children's events and provide food to the neighborhood. As we continue on this journey we continue to reach other injustices such as anti-human trafficking and feeding refugees.
